Recruit­ing and Related Ser­vices
Fun­da­men­tal to the suc­cess of any organ­i­sa­tion is effec­tive recruit­ment and selec­tion of the right peo­ple with the right knowl­edge, skills and expe­ri­ence; get­ting it wrong is extremely costly and can impact the organ­i­sa­tion in many ways.

We pro­vide fixed-price recruit­ment ser­vices for our exist­ing clients and do not charge a per­cent­age of the employee’s salary pack­age. This cost-effective approach reduces recruit­ment expenses, as well as enabling busi­nesses to plan ahead.

HR Out­sourc­ing
At Lion HR Solu­tions we pro­vide HR out­sourc­ing ser­vices for firms that want to out­source parts or all of their HR func­tion and processes. This option suits a lot of our smaller clients who do not yet have the capac­ity to oper­ate a fully func­tional HR depart­ment. It also suits clients who have decided to out­source cer­tain non core busi­ness processes. This is an option worth explor­ing as our fee struc­ture makes it an afford­able, value-adding ser­vice. We also pro­vide a pro­gram of ongo­ing sup­port and advice for all your HR questions.

Coach­ing can help you iden­tify what you really want out of life and then get you focused about reach­ing your goals. Lion HR Solu­tions coach­ing offers inter­ac­tive and tai­lored sup­port to help you learn the tech­niques and gain the con­fi­dence to reach your career goals.
Our coaches, have coached, hired and trained pro­fes­sion­als for more than 10 years. They have worked with a range of lev­els of sus­tain­abil­ity pro­fes­sion­als — from recent grad­u­ates to senior man­age­ment. They will moti­vate you to iden­tify your skills and val­ues, to write an irre­sistible CV, and to design an action plan for success.

Employee Rela­tions
Employee rela­tions issues are less likely to occur if you have com­pli­ant poli­cies and pro­ce­dures that have been prop­erly com­mu­ni­cated with train­ing pro­vi­sion where appro­pri­ate and good per­for­mance man­age­ment prac­tices. We can cre­ate, review, or pro­vide assis­tance with the prepa­ra­tion of new or exist­ing man­age­ment pol­icy and pro­ce­dures man­u­als, Employee hand­books, HR forms and job descrip­tions.
What your busi­ness may need in the way of HR poli­cies and pro­ce­dures will be largely depend on the size and cul­ture of your organ­i­sa­tion and its stage of evo­lu­tion. We will work with you to under­stand what those needs are and design and imple­ment appro­pri­ate poli­cies and pro­ce­dures, ensur­ing com­pli­ance with cur­rent employ­ment leg­is­la­tion and best prac­tice prin­ci­ples.
